Our work uniform consists of wearing our red polo shirts, name tag and shirt tucked in; typically different from what an average customer would wear to shop, so I have no idea why anyone would ask "do you work here?" I am on the verge of saying no and walking away see what they'd do. They'd flip cause they already know the answer..so why ask. Don't be a weirdo about asking me for help. It's not like I wear the uniform for fun, cause believe me i'm far from that.
